Jul 05, 2011 · It made me recall this article I read in the Advertiser I think about a year ago of a group of Hawaiian families who made an isolated Mormon settlement in the Utah desert that they named Iosepa. This was in the late 1800’s. Settlement grew to 200 but became a ghost town in the early 1900 when they returned to Hawaii.
