Val not working in firefox

Apr 23, 2014 · NOTE: This does not use the "multipart/form-data" content type, which is primarily used for form posts that include binary file uploads. In general, I like posting data as JSON. But, it does require some preprocessing on the server.
Mar 21, 2017 · I got the Anniversary Update a month or two back. And ever since I have this problem on desktop icons. The mouse hover selection is shifted away from cursor, in a way that the next icon is selected, not the one under cursor.
